That particular warning means that wage category is linked to an entitlement, and when AccountRight is checking the entitlements it’s picking up that there are insufficient hours against that entitlement for this employee.
To stop that message coming up you would need to first work out which entitlement uses this particular wage category. Once you know which entitlement has this wage category set as the linked wage category for that entitlement, you can review whether this wage category should be set for this entitlement.
If the linked wage category is correct then to stop that warning to come up the entitlement would need to be linked to that employee and ensure that there are sufficient hours against that entitlement.
