Where does the annual salary figure come form
Hi Steven,
I also have one more question regarding her payslip. Her payslips shows Annual salary is $18928. what is that mean and how it calculates $18928. 12/7/21-25/7/21 was her first fortnight pay and 26/7/21-08-08-21 was second one just FYI.

The annual salary that is listed on an employee's payslips comes from the Annual Salary that you have listed on the employee's card at the time of producing that pay. This can be reviewed by Card File>>Cards List>>Employees>>Choosing the employees' card>>Payroll Details>>Wages -- Annual Salary.
Note: For hourly employees, this value comes from the hourly rate multiplied by the Hours in xx pay period multiplied by the number of pay frequencies in a year.
