Sorry I noticed my post should say the YTD Verification report does not agree with the other reports.
Can someone let me know why?

Thanks for your post.
If the Payroll Register and Payroll Summary reports do match and the YTD Verification report is not is because all the wages that are reported as Gross Payments will only show in YTD Verification Report. Under the EOFY Finalisation tab, against the employee name, there are three dots there that will show the Individual Summary Payments as the breakdown of other pay items that are not reported as Gross Payments. If you add these Gross YTD to the Verification Report, everything should match.

Thank you for your reply.
I had to send the ATO an "update event" and that seemed to fix all the ATO totals in the STP reporting.
All my totals and reports were correct and balanced with the ATO totals once I did this event update.
Maybe MYOB should include that step in the instructions for eofy payroll.
