YTD verification report not downloading

 

Hi

 

The YTD verification report is not downloading for me. When I go into the payroll reporting centre and click into the EOFY finalisations and clink on YTD verification report, a download screen pops up for a micro second and then nothing. There is no file in my downloads. How do I solve this?

    If you open the browser version of Accountright in a different browser (app.myob.com), can you navigate to STP and try to download it?
