Pay Super - No mobile verification received

We assisted our client with payday super set up last week.  They have never received a mobile verification email and needed to pay super today.  To get around this, we added myself as an Authoriser and I received the MYOB verification email immediately indicating the issue is isolated to the Administrator's Pay Super profile. Please assist as a matter of urgency.

    Hi HMoore,

     

    Thanks for getting in touch. Not getting the mobile verification code can definitely be a real hold-up. As a first step, please ask your Pay Super Administrator to update their mobile number in Pay Super settings. Then ask them to check the following:

    • Make sure the time and date settings on their phone are set to automatic.
    • Double-check that their mobile number is entered in the correct format, including the country code.
    • If the number is saved starting with 0 and it’s still not working, try changing it to +61 instead.
