Hi HMoore,
Thanks for getting in touch. Not getting the mobile verification code can definitely be a real hold-up. As a first step, please ask your Pay Super Administrator to update their mobile number in Pay Super settings. Then ask them to check the following:
- Make sure the time and date settings on their phone are set to automatic.
- Double-check that their mobile number is entered in the correct format, including the country code.
- If the number is saved starting with 0 and it’s still not working, try changing it to +61 instead.
