There are a few reasons why your file might not be showing up in the My Business window. It could be that your email address isn't linked to the file, or there might be an issue with the file itself. You'll need to reach out to our support team so they can investigate your account and figure out what's causing the issue. You can connect with them on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or create a support ticket via MyAccount.
