accountant access
Currently on Account Right, accountant having issues accessing files for 2017 and 2018 financial years. I have backups saved but is there a way online?

Did your accountant receive any error messages while trying to access company files? If you wish to access your company file from the 2017 and 2018 financial years and you have backups saved, you may need to restore to access the file. You can restore the company file locally. To do this, you may check the Help Article: Restore your company file for further information.
