Bank feed transactions may not match pay liability entries due to a few possible reasons:
- Manually reconciled transactions: If a transaction has already been ticked in the Reconcile Accounts window, it's considered reconciled. Unticking it will allow it to match the bank feed.
- Amount mismatch: Even a small difference—like a cent—between the bank feed and pay liability entry will stop them from matching. Double-check the amount to make sure they match.
- Wrong bank account: Bank feed transactions can only match the linked bank account. If the entry was recorded against a different account, it won't match—this often happens if the wrong account was selected when creating the transaction.
