BAS will not load. It just keeps spinning

  • Hi adrianroach 

     

    Can you please open the AccountRight file in browser ( by clicking on Open in web browser version on the top-right in the file) and then go to Banking>>Prepare IAS/BAS.


    Let me know if you're able to connect that way as it has happened to work in some previous cases.
