can not roll over new financial year for MYOB AccountRight

Hi 

I am using MYOB AccountRight.

But I can not rollover the new financial year this year. (there was no problem in the prevous years)

1.  From File - Closed a Financial year - follow all the step and closed the financial year.

2. then I went to reprot - Trial Balance - Filter Report , the new financial year is not showing up.

 

How to fix this problem?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    When closing the financial year so you can move to the next financial year, you may check the Help Article: Close the financial year for further information. If the new financial year is not showing up, we recommend closing AccountRight and then re-logging in to see if the same issue will happen.

    I contacted MYOB live chat.

    And my problem was resolved.
