Change payment method for suspense account transaction

I have an issue in which a staff member accidentally applied a payment to an order before converting it to an invoice. This is fine, except the CR has come through from the suspense account as 'cash...

Hi CarolynGenSA, 

 

Since the order's already been converted, you won't be able to edit or delete the transaction. It's a good idea to ask an accountant to help with creating a journal entry to move that value to the bank account.
