Close Financial Year

Hi, I am trying to close our 2021 tax year. I have been through the 'close a financial year' steps twice with restarting my computer in between. I've opened AccountRight through the desktop and also...

Hi Lilly1, 

 

Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you try again ? Before doing this please double check the current financial year.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thank you for your response. The only way to fix the issue that I could work out was to do one 'close' and 'back up' then 'close' again without backing it up.
