Cloud Error message - Manual BAS preparation

Hi,  I'm hoping to get someone can help me with this error message please.  I am trying to prepare my BAS using the Lodge Manually function and it keeps saying the cloud operation isn't valid.  Is...

Are you using an online company file? If so, I'd recommend lodging your BAS online.
