Yes, every week when I am sending statements, I have 2 dummy customer accounts set up to send myself statements. The generally come through to me, and are often blank.
There is no consistencsy as to who gets them, and which statements are blank. It's just an going issue.

We are also having this issue. I've tried sending out statements 3 days in a row now and out of over 100 customers, only about 4-6 statments are sending and they're all blank! I've sent some to myself and my boss as well and they're also blank. My adobe reader is up to date, no issues with PDF viewer with all other items. MYOB is up to date, so what else could be causing the issue?
Could we please get this fixed ASAP?
