Journal entry HELP!!!

I am needing to enter a journal entry for the purchase of some new equipment, and while I usually have no problems with these kinds of entries but this one has stumped me. So I'm begging please help!...

Sale of Equipment by a GST Registered Entity requires 1/11 of the Sale Price to be GST Collected.

A Tax Invoice is given to the Buyer.

 

Has your Tax Accountant been able to assist?
