Hi Suzi_Byrom,
Thanks for sharing the screenshots of the error. I’m sorry this has meant you’ve had to cancel and redo your payroll run. You may be experiencing this because of the outage that occurred. The issue has now been resolved, so please try recording the payroll run again.
If you’re still seeing the error, please work through the troubleshooting steps in Unable to connect. If you’re still having trouble after that, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can further look into it.
Regards,
Sai

Whilst I initally thought I'd avoided the issues above that many others were reporting because I'd managed to log in earlier ... I'm now really annoyed to find that whilst trying to record the our Payroll Run that I'd started yesterday and saved (and had already continued prior to the above) there appears to be some issue that I suspect is somehow related :|
Forcing me to cancel and completely redo our entire payroll run.

Sorry for the trouble. This was related to an earlier AccountRight desktop login issue, which has now been resolved. For the latest updates, keep an eye on the MYOB Status Hub.
Cheers,
Doreen
