I had a look at your case, and can see that a reply was sent to you on the 14th July with your account manager cc'd
I have copied their reply to you below for reference.
But essentially, as this deal has a minimum term until the 31st December 2025, you are unable to cancel this before that term ends.
You will need to request cancellation in December, ideally 10 days prior to the end of term.

thanks -The reply I received was after my second attempt to lodge a support case - not the first one.
Also, the link I included actually states that I can cancel before then, so long as happy to pay the remaining of the 6 months discounted price. I was wanting to cancel now as I will most likely be away in the last few weeks of Christmas, so want to cancel now so that I don't forget.
