sales income

Having a random issue with importing to account right from retail manager. It is duplicating daily importing sales income figure randomly and with no specific pattern ?

    Hi boardwalk1,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If importing data from Retail Manager to AccountRight, I would highly suggest checking first your AccountRight to see if the same transactions were entered already. As this is the reason why the figures are being duplicated.
