Signing up for Pay Super

Hello,

I am trying to connect to the new Pay Super function. I am not receiving a 0.01 deposit from MYOB in our bank account that has a code attached per the MYOB instructions.

I have rung MYOB Support and spoken with a call centre in the Phillipines, where I had to repeat my details to all the staff I was passed around to. Shocking service MYOB, and not the first time Support has not been useful.

Could someone please respond and assist.

    Hi FinanceCVC,

    Thanks for posting, and I’m really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience so far. When you sign up for Pay Super, MYOB sends a $0.01 test deposit to the bank account you entered on the Pay Super registration form. The 6‑digit verification code you need is in the description of that $0.01 deposit, and it can take up to 2–3 business days to show on your bank statement.     If it’s been more than 3 business days, it’s best to reach out to our support team directly, as moderators don’t have access to the backend tools or account details needed to troubleshoot this, but our support colleagues do.
