thirteenth period
I cannot enter an * in date transaction even though I am set up for a thirteenth period.

I’d suggest to double check your BAS setup to make sure ‘Thirteen’ is actually picked for the accounting period under BAS info. When you’re entering the date, pop an asterisk (*) right before the transaction date in the Date field, like *30/06/25. If it doesn’t do the trick, give our team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount, we’ll help you get it sorted.
