Unable to Prepare BAS Online through MYOB

Unable to Prepare BAS Online through MYOB: have been trying for 2 days, and when i click lodge online and prepare statement I seem to always get the following error. 'We can't get in touch with the ATO right now, so we haven't created any new activity statements for you. This may also affect your ability to edit or lodge forms. Please try again later.' I am on the most current version of MYOB. We have to lodge by tomorrow so not sure what to do

    Hi all.

    The ATO has applied a fix and services have now been restored. Thanks so much for your patience whilst we worked to restore service.

    They are now aware of it. I was on hold for 2 hours. So they are trying to fix it.

    I am having the same problem, have been on hold no for 15min to MYOB and it tells me there is an hour wait. I might have to do it the old school way. Not accepted because its helpful and will have to do it the old school way, yet you don't offer support?
