Unable to Prepare BAS Online through MYOB

I'm still having the issue.  I have been trying daily since Monday 22nd and am continually getting the same message.  I have tried all avenues, even BAS Agent, but just cannot lodge.  More than 20 times this morning alone.  So, the issue is still current!

MYOB - Any update on this issue?  Its been a week since my original request for help along with many others. I appreciate you're working on it but surely there's been some progress in a week?  

The status hub says "you can continue to submit" but this is just not the case. The error message given on the page says "unable to connect to the ATO". Please update the status hub to reflect the actual situation and let us know you are actually doing something to fix this issue. Please let us know when this is likely to be fixed as many of us need to lodge statements and it is almost the end of the financial year. 

Yes, we had to lodge online on the ATO.  MYOB has been slow to respond to this and to provide regular updates

just received  a general email update that says  "We’re currently experiencing delays affecting Business Activity Statement submissions. You can continue to submit; however, ATO responses & status updates will be delayed.
We apologise for t...  " This is the same message that has been up for the last few days.

Most of us can't "continue to submit" as you can't access the system to prepare the statement...

I'm having the same issue and have been trying to lodge since the 20th June with no success and getting the exact same error message. Is there any fix yet?

I ended up logging into the ATO because I only needed to add 3 figures. I pulled up the monthly reports in MYOB, added them to the portal, and the BAS is done. Don't wait for MYOB to fix it; call the ATO and let them know, or log into their portal and add the extra figures it needs.

I am having the same problem also, have lodge a support case with MYOB today but haven't heard back from them yet.  Hopefully no non lodgement penalties from this, would be nice if they would let user know as very frustrating

Any ETA as to when we can lodge ??
