You advertised solo as the all in one app for sole operators at no point was it clearly stated quotes weren't an option.
You're current response to upgrade to a $60 a month plan after funneling in customers and getting them to subscribe to a year plan would for sure be something the ACCC would be interested in.

Solo doesn’t currently offer quote creation, and to keep things fair and clear, we don’t list it as a feature on our website either. We totally get that this might’ve been a surprise if you were expecting it as part of the package, especially if you’ve already signed up and were banking on that being included.
Solo is built for sole traders who want the essentials (invoicing, payments, expenses, tax) without the bells and whistles of a full small business suite. To be fair and clear perhaps Solo shouldn't be advertised "all in one app for sole traders. That handles your admin so you don't have to."
This isn't bells and whistles features, as you guys have mentioned - an invoice is really similar to a quote, it wouldnt take much time or cost much for your boss to pay someone to implement it in.
There's at least Seventy customers you have here that think it should be a feature starting from 6 months ago.
I really think your advertisement is misleading, and your solution is to offer a more expensive subscription, hardly seems unintentional or an attempt at clever marketing.
