Estimated waiting time 200 minutes
Today I ringed MYOB as my invoice email service not working in ACCOUNT RIGHT PLUS. I have already escalated this to support team by email, but as usual no response. So I decided to call and the customer care staff saying, this will be answered by the financial team and my approximate waiting time will be 200 minutes..more than 3 hours.What MYOB is thinking about us..Never heard a waiting time like this Are they giving any free service? My advice to new users, please avoid subscribing to MYOB. THEY NEVER LISTEN TO YOUR QUERIES..
