Payruns not working

For weeks now have had the same problem in Payroll. After entering a timesheet and then going to Pay Runs, the loading icon just keeps swirling around. I noticed that others on this forum had the same issue, but MYOB was saying that no-one had yet complained. This is not correct. I can not process payroll and have not been able to do for weeks. It is not an issue on my laptop because I have also used other devices. Please fix as this is an error in your software.

    Hi DeborahDirks,

     

    Thanks for the screenshot! Pay runs not working might be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file. To fix this, go to the Create menu and select Pay Run, which will load the Create Pay Run page. Then, go back to Payroll and choose Pay Runs. The page should load normally now.
