why isnt myob telling users that the tax area is not answering the phone

Why cant MYOB tell telephone users that the phone line to tax is not being answered

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had this experience. The availability of tax-related phone lines is managed by external agencies, and we do our best to keep our customers informed of any known issues. However, we may not always have real-time information about specific lines being unavailable.
