Seriously this is beyond a joke. I pay $1,800 pa for this software and it's hardly changed in the 25 years that I've used it. This simple request to be able to email sales receipts would take a developer less than a day to build. Clearly MYOB don't even read the feedback on this forum!! It's such an important function that our clients and MYOB's clients expect.
HOW CLEAR DO WE HAVE TO BE.........
1. Go to the Sales command centre
2. Look at the Statements button - it says "Print/Email Statements"
3. Look at the Receipts button - it only says "Print Receipts"
4. Code the Receipts button to function with the same two options as the Statements - that is "Print/Email Receipts"
I'm giving MYOB until the end of 2021 to get this "planned" enhancement implemented. If not I'm finally moving to Xero. I suggest all those hundreds of people who have posted on this topic over the last 15 years do the same. Maybe it's on the "to-do-list" of the poor person in their call cetre that takes 45mins+ to answer my calls. Alternatively maybe someone should go down to MYOB HQ on Punt Rd and check to see if they've actually got there lights on!!
