Is it just me or is it worse with the web version of myob?
We have been trying to use it lately, but when you record a payment from a customer, not only can you not send the receipt, but it doesn't take you back to the invoice to be able to email a modified invoice as a receipt, instead it takes you back to the invoice search and hides it, so that you have to go searching for it again to be able to open it and email the invoice to the customer.
This is opposed to the recording payments on purchases which automatically selects the send remittance with no option to turn it off! It's like they are deliberately trying to make our lives harder.
