contact log is great for recording in date order the conversations / follow ups etc with customers, however when you have multiple sales team looking after the customers and they put in dates to follow up the customer on myob - they want to be able to print the report and see there customers - not all the other sales team customers!
So, why don't you activate the additional filters section of the report.
Advanced filters don't work.
You need to be able to run the report by date range and all customers for that salesperson.
Please make it happen - need it asap
