Forms: Invoices - Invoice Type field to show Tax Credit Note (instead of Credit Note)

Please note the template prints INVOICE TYPE.  Then Tax Invoice for either.  This has not been acceptable with 

some of our large Customers (eg Foodstuffs).

The invoice template says TAX INVOICE

The credit template says CREDIT NOTE then Tax Invoice No. 

If the template had TAX CREDIT NOTE then we would only require the Document No: to follow.
