It would be useful for the automatically generated invoice reminders (for overdue invoices) to record a contact log entry. At present, there is no way I know of to easily check that they've been sent...

There has to be a way to check. Would be extremely helpful especially if legal action is the next process then we have a record to show that we have been chasing.
