Online Emailing: View attachment that was sent out

It would be really handy to have a pdf at the end of the each line that shows the invoice or statement or pay advice that has been attached to the email.  If the invoice is changed after the time the email was sent, it is difficult to confirm what version of the invoice was actually sent.  In outlook, it was easy to re-open the sent item and check the invoice (pdf).

 

"Account Right Emailing"

  • Would be beneficial to be able verify that attachments have been included when viewing sent emails via MYOB for Invoices and Quotes ie. view all activity option.

     

    Would also be beneficial if quotes could be tracked in 'view all activity' also.

     

    Ready to switch back to sending emails via outlook to be able to FULLY track all docs sent to customers because not enough tracking information for attachments sent with Invoices and Quotations.

      In AccountRight you can add an attachment to an Invoice when emailing it to a client.  What would be fantastic is to be able to View the attachement afterwards.

       

      A good example of this is client who specialises in Homekill butchery gets a document from their client on how they want the processing done.  They will then attach a copy of the document to the email to the client.  


      When reviewing the invoice it would greatly improve the workflow to be able to view the emailed attachement.

        I agree we have to add certificates and it would be so helpful if i could few these in the same place as the invoices.

    It would be an ideal update to have.

    It would be very helpful to be able to view the attachment sent with an email.  It would make it easy to verify what exactly has been sent, particularly for other users.

     

    Also, being able to view a copy of the actual invoice as sent (e.g., as a PDF) would also be helpful.  Sometimes invoices are modified after they are emailed (e.g., corrections, or customer feedback).  Being able to see what was actually emailed in the past ould be useful in solving customer problems/complaints.

    It would be helpful to view the actual remittance form sent to suppliers. All to often they complain that there is missing information or notes, yet my settings show they are there. It would be great to be able to view the actual remittance advice that they are getting

    Hi,

    It would be great to have a copy of the document sent with the email rather than a link to the current order/invoice/Purchase order in the 'sent emails' window.

    We regularly have to update and re send purhase orders, confirmations & invoices and it is not possible when using MYOB's email system to view what was sent to the supplier/client once updates are made.

    As multiple users send out these emails it is not feasable to use outlook as we need a central record of the sent emails.

  • I agree! I need to find a Quote that was sent via Myob and since the Quote has been amended we now have no record of the original prices.

    So disheartening.
