I always preview my invoices and quotes before printing them but as we are becoming more digital and paperless, it would be great to be able to preview invoices and quotes before emailing to customers.

This is actually a great idea, but MYOB need to fix the issue of only some emails being sent first...

Using the AccountRight browser interface users have the option to preview the invoice before emailing. This is using the Preview button on the Email invoice popup.
An alternative approach, which could be used if you are using the AccountRIght Desktop application, select to view the PDF of the invoice from the Edit Sales window (Print>>Preview or Send to>>Disk).
