Hey Siobhanw1 👋
We’d love to hear more about what’s sparked your interest in switching from Lite to Solo, or were you thinking of running both side-by-side for a while?
Is there anything in Lite you’d miss if you made the leap? Understanding that helps us give you a clearer picture of what the transition might look like.
And just to get a sense of the setup lift: how much data are you hoping to bring across? A rough idea of how many years, customers, suppliers, and income/expense records you’ve got in the tank will help us guide you on what’s possible (and what might need a bit of manual elbow grease).
Let us know and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction 🚀

The cost was the main influence for me changing from lite to solo. Also, I didn't need many of the features of lite as I do not use myob for invoicing or payrol etc. I do miss the usability of lite, it was much easier to allocate transactions and change any mistakes eg: accidentally allocating to the wrong category was much easier to change, and allocating multiple transactions. With solo this process is a lot slower. I wish there was a way to see the list of transactions allocated to each category. The search bar for bank accounts is also very glitchy, I cannot search by date or $ amount, or category.
