Some feedback

Hello! I have just sent an invoice and recorded an expense and wanted to know/mention the below:

-I agree with the above poster that the signout is too frequent 

  • I would like to option to customize the invoice
  • also the chance to set up reoccurring expenses such as monthly phone bills and subscriptions 
  • I had put in an invoice to someone with a Gmail account and it couldn’t sent to them. I then created a different client to invoice with their business url and it worked fine. 

also I wasn’t prompted to give any feedback, is this coming?

    Hi Srobert1,

     

    Sue here, one of the Product Managers on the project. I have a couple questions for you:

    • We're definitely looking into the sign-out timing!
    • Customising the invoice - what specifically are you looking for? We'd love to know what would be absolute needs or nice-to-haves.
    • Recurring expenses - how many recurring expenses do you think you have each month? Does the cost vary from month to month? Would you want to be able to check that it's entered correctly each month or do you just want a record created each month?
    • Are you able to recreate sending the invoice to a gmail account and screen record it? This sounds like something we may need to jump on.

    Feedback prompts are definitely coming soon. But you can always go to the 'More' section of the app, press 'Help' and there's a form you can fill out directly!

    -reoccurring would be for subscriptions that are the same every month, like a phone plan or Dropbox subscription.

    • customization to add logo and branding colours.
