It would be excellent and surely fundamental to most businesses to be able to send a receipt to customers who make payments without invoice. We have many payments such as these and it's onerous to have to then create an invoice for every single payment.

    We love fresh ideas, so I just want to make sure we get the full picture. 

     

    You would like to be able to issue a receipt to your customers, without having to issue an invoice first, correct?

     

    I'd also love to know more about what your ideal invoice and receipt flow would look like, so I have a few more questions if that's ok? 

     

    • Could you take me through what your current/ideal process is?
      • For example, do your customers pay you without you sending a specific request for it (invoice), at which point you would like to issue a receipt?
    • What information (Tax codes, terms and conditions, item information etc) would you need on the receipt and how would you prefer to add that information?
