Attaching screenshots when submitting a support case

Can we please save us both time by having the option to attach screenshots when submitting a support case. When we encounter a MYOB issue, it is easier to screenshot then and there than to either save this and wait for your return email then reply with the screenshot. Look forward to seeing this implimented ASAP.
