2025.4 AccountRight Icons are Messy

The recently updated home page looks very messy and needs to be improved with proper design aesthetics.

The flat-style icons remind me of old desktop software from the 1990s, and the art style is highly inconsistent with the design of the detailed pages. The top menu icons are too small and unclear. I have to read each one carefully every time just to select the correct option, which is very annoying for users who perform tasks multiple times a day.

The added commands don't work as expected. It shows I have 4 "In Tray" documents, but when I click on "In Tray," there’s nothing there.

This is a typical example of failed changes caused by designers who don’t actually consider user requirements.

Completely agree PatrickFCA ! Aesthetically, it's like going back to Windows 3.1.
I'm also fed up with being told to go to the browser version, where functionality is sorely lacking compared to the 'not quite there but better' desktop version (hello cost centres). MYOB should be speeding up our workflow not sending us on a wild goose chase to 'work around' what looks to be an ineffective upgrade.

We're experiencing the same issue—it shows 14 documents when there are none. Unfortunately, this is leading to questions about my  efficiency, when in fact it's MYOB that's reporting inaccurate information.

. It’s also quite difficult to work on a laptop without constantly adjusting the scaling back and forth.

MYOB can you please advise if these issues will be addressed.

    Hey everyone!

This issue will be addressed in the June AccountRight release. I will make sure to update this post once live.

    Cheers, Amanda.
