Up until a couple of weeks ago when you saved your bill and clicked ‘Record Payment’, the dialogue box would have the option to send remittance advice Now or Later. According to Myob, due to a technical issue, they’ve had to remove that option. Their alternative ‘solution’ to send remittance advice Later now takes twice as many steps.
Myob, please bring back the simple way to choose to send remittance advice Now or Later.
