Capture Notes in Uploads

Hello

 

Can we please have Capture Notes available to be viewed/edited/added in the uploads web screen?

 

This has been raised for over a year now and such a basic feature request. We need to be able to see the note in the uploads section BEFORE it is added to a spend transaction.
