Ditto Karen11 - Keeping track of changes on Employee settings is ideally kept in the Myob file so easily to hand with suitable, easy to access log of changes - I am having to train clients to keep a note outside myob to track these changes - this is very in efficient - Myob strategy is to include what is needed within the program rather than needing to add another system outside - this is a request that has been outstanding for over 10 years - in programming terms increasing the character limit in this field form 300? to 3,000 should be a simple change with a scrolling field - Amanda if you are still with Myob can you please let us know what is happening in order to feel motivated to invest the time in providing feedback by knowing the the effort is again worth the effort in this new "responsive" forum - Thanks and Happy Christmas - this change would be a great Christmas present even if a little late - Geoffrey
