Copy Function - Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Journal Entry

Have a copy function for sales, purchases and other areas of AR Plus Desktop.

Rather than having to use "Save as Recurring" as a pseudo copy function please introduce a "copy button" on each page to do a one off copy like other accounting programs do.
