Delete the "Print cheques" option

I suggest to lose the "print cheques" option on the main screen, as cheques are no longer accepted payment in New Zealand.

    Hey Amanda,

    Indeed, it has been posted before... by me, a year ago.  Very disappointing that nothing has been done about it. Such an issue should not depend on number of votes to be dealt with.
