Users have requested for an In Tray in the sales window like there is in the Purchases window.
This idea was originally requested 10 years ago with a total of 618 votes and 318 comments.
Instead we have an attachments option for sales. It has no preview of the doc on the invoice, vanishes when converting from quote to order and then to invoice and no email address box within MYOB that the docs can be sent. Delivery docs need to be emailed to a user, saved to a network or local folder then uploaded to an invoice. Crazy slow, clunky and virtaully useless. If we will never get a Sales In Tray just make a universal "In Tray"!! ....where docs can be added to sales or purchases not just purchases. Its not rocket science.
