MYOB Backup not done in so many days

When is the "Your last backup was made xxx days ago" error going to be fixed?

It's been like this now for ages and yet no-one has bothered to fix it yet?

Instead of secure invoicing how about an easy fix on this instead??

I've noticed this too.  I do it one day and then notice the next it says hasn't been done for 65 days.

Oh OK so this isn't a recent issue then.  We just moved over from AccountRight Enterprise to online Plus in July.

I must admit I am surprised how buggy the desktop version is compared to what we moved from.

Recurring transactions are a dumpster fire...

And don't get me started on Stock Alert/Re-ordering of inventory.

Mine is currently sitting at 527 days - despite me doing a backup every day.

    Hey all.

With the introduction of online backups, this bug has been resolved now. Each week, MYOB automatically backs up online company files that have had changes in the previous 7 days, which means you can relax knowing we're saving regular point-in-time versions of your online company file that you can roll back to if needed. More information can be found on this page.

    Hi Amanda,

You've advised the bug has been resolved? but I've just gone to do a backup and it's still telling me my "last backup was made 744 days ago"? When is that going to disappear?
