Pay Day Super streamline ?

As pay day super mandate for small business starting 1st July 2026, it would be great if MYOB could streamline the super payment process, particularly for advance payroll process over a few periods (like weekly payroll). When the bookkeeper is away on extended time, it would be inappropriate for them logging in weekly to approve payments. So, if only one authorization at the time of process for the super to be paid when its due, it would eliminate the need for anyone to log in whilst the bookkeeper is away. Also, it would reduce security risk than if multiple people are task to do this step. As small business, there probably only one person looking after the books. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

I agree with what has been stated above as far as improving the authentication process from the current Pay Super process. The problem is this:

I'm already logged in to MYOB AccountRight (Desktop) and I go to Pay Superannuation. After I've selected the amounts I wish to pay and select Record, I get an AccountRight Live log in pop-up asking for my Email and Password. After entering these I get a pop-up asking me to "Authorise and process now." I select Yes, it takes me back to the Pay Superannuation screen, now saying "Status: Pending Authorisation" in the bottom left corner. I select Authorise. Now I get another pop-up titled "Authorise Payment" which once again asks for my Email and Password, with a "Get code" 2FA. The second pop-up is within 10 to 15 seconds of clicking through the first.

There is too much needless friction in the process. I'm probably not the only one who is frustrated by this. Can this please be simplified into a single log in. Thanks for considering.
