I have given up and gone to the Australian Super Employer Portal. They allow you to forward date via direct debit or you can pay via EFT and forward date in your banking system. Certainly not as convenient as MYOB and only works for us because we are a registered employer with Aust Super as it is our default fund. But really disappointed in the lack of response from MYOB to an issue that is important. With the changes to not being able to do offline backups and having to rely totally on MYOB it really makes me think about changing software - except I don't have the time to learn new software!!
