Guild Super/Smart Future Trust error

Hi everyone, one of my employee using GuildSuper, however that fund just got transferred into the new fund name Smart Future Trust with the same product name GuildSuper, new abn 68 964 712 340 and new usi 68964712340020. The transfer has been done for around 1 month, but for now I couldn't find the Smart Future Trust in myob super fund list, also, when I try to run the payroll for my employee with the old GuildSuper fund name, there is error occur and the system refused to process the payrun. So I'm very appreciated if anyone could help me in this case, thank you.

    Hi jesse08,

     

    Thanks for sharing those details. It’s never fun dealing with super payment errors, especially when you’re watching the clock. Don’t worry at all, we’ll help you fix it. To get things moving, you just need to tweak the fund name. Smart Future Trust isn't officially in the system yet, but you can jump into the existing GUILDSUPER entry and change the name to Smart Future Trust.
