Could anyone from MYOB please provide an update on this issue?
With the Christmas holidays approaching, we need to have this resolved before the Christmas shutdown. This is a critical function, and we need to understand how we can manage superannuation payments during the business closure if this issue remains unresolved.
So disappointed that no one in myob even think this is an essential function and take action after so many complains
Yah we close for a month. Looks like 4x super payments are happening on the last day before we wrap things up even though wages will be future scheduled.
Might be an idea to check your default super fund clearing house. I think we will use this for the annual shut down period and revert back to MYOB when we are here.
We use CBUS. They allow future dated and then can set up in the banking system as future on the payroll date Just lodge them all in there prior to going on leave and set to pay on the days
MYOB really need to get onto this as many places have annual Christmas closures. But I don't think any other payroll systems have it either.
